
I Got MORE Toned Eating LESS PROTEIN!
There was a time in my life when I would lift weights and stay in a calorie deficit (eating a high protein, low-carb diet), and I felt like I remained thick and puffy and I never saw any definition. When I switched over to a fruit-based diet with 80% of my calories from carbohydrates, 10% from fat, and 10% from protein, I saw a HUGE difference.
