1 nature valley crunchy granola bar
3/4 tb almond milk
-Filling-
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp light cream cheese
2 oreos

1) Crush one nature valley crunch bar and gradually add milk to make a crust.
2) Combine the greek yogurt, protein, cream cheese, and one oreo into a bowl.
3) Evenly cover the crust with the filling.
4) Top with a crushed oreo.
5) Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
6) Enjoy 🙂
